FAQs
What is the process for adopting a puppy?
We are so excited you are interested in adding one of our puppies to your forever family. We do require a non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. This deposit is then applied to the total amount due on pick-up day. So take a look around, check out the puppies we currently have available, and reach out to us if you have any questions. Once you’re ready to place a deposit and know for sure that puppy is the one, then we welcome a deposit after which you will receive an invoice for your records and then we keep you posted with photos and videos until the puppies are 8 weeks old and ready for pick-up!
What if I change my mind??
We definitely understand that $350 is a lot of money to place as a deposit, so we will transfer a deposit one time. Should you fall head-over-heels for a different puppy, have an unexpected move or life event come up, etc. we will transition the deposit to a different puppy one time. We do ask that you communicate with us if you are considering this, as there is a socialization process to our breeding program that ensures each puppy is in the ‘prime time’ to bond with their new families so securing another family for a puppy that is anxiously awaiting “their person” can be challenging and the delay of bonding can depress a puppy slightly.
Can you hold my puppy past its “Ready Date?”
We are happy to hold a puppy till the weekend or until a convenient time to travel to us to pick it up within reason. We will not hold a puppy longer than 10 days and require a boarding fee for each day after the 4th night. Our puppies are ready to bond with their people and are anxiously awaiting the pick-up date. If we must hold a puppy longer its littermates often leave on time and the puppy can become depressed without playmates or “their person.”
Do you offer Shipping/Delivery?
Yes, we are happy to accompany the puppy on a flight to you or drive them within a feasible driving distance for an additional charge. Please reach out to us to get an estimate and timeframe.
